This sounds so uncomfortable, . I'm sorry to read about what you're dealing with.
I should mention that we're not medical professionals here and so are unable to give medical advice, however I do hope we can provide you with some useful information to discuss with your doctor.
Have you been able to show any of the lumps to your doctor yet? If you haven't done so already, it may be worth asking for a referral to a dermatologist - these are the doctors that diagnose and manage psoriasis (and other conditions that show in the skin, too!). It may be necessary to have a biopsy done, in order to confirm what is going on: https://plaquepsoriasis.com/diagnosis-confirm-test-biopsy-rule-out/
There is a type of psoriasis which can present as small droplet-shaped plaques on the arms, legs and torso, which is called guttate psoriasis. We have some information on this here: https://plaquepsoriasis.com/types-severity/guttate-psoriasis/
I hope these are helpful and that you're able to get some answers and relief as soon as possible. Please let us know if you have any further questions, or even if you just need a friendly ear - we're here for you!
