Staying active with psoriasis!

Psoriasis can hinder our ability to be active. How do you stay physically fit and active with psoriasis?

What are your favorite ways to exercise?

How do you manage your psoriasis during these activities?

  1. First off, listen to your body. It will tell you if what you’re doing might be harmful. If an activity causes pain or discomfort, stop doing it. How about walking or swimming doesn't put too much strain on us. I tried doing some light yoga. What do you do to stay active? Diane (Team Member)
