Is A Good Night's Sleep Possible?

Ahhh sleep, we all need it to stay healthy, but sometimes it can be extremely challenging to get a good night's sleep. Symptoms of psoriasis can creep up at night and interrupt sleep cycles, or make it hard to fall asleep. When your sleep is impacted it can make the fatigue that many experience with psoriasis even more pronounced.
