Diet helps with psoriasis. But it's not the everything

I have been a big time beneficiary of diet management. When I removed or minimized commonly known unhealthy foods such as junk foods, packaged foods with a lot of salt, added sugar, and oils, I felt good. My gut as well as my skin responded positively.

Eating healtier has improved my psoriasis

Nowadays, I try to eat more of easy-to-digest foods avoiding food triggers such as nightshades, processed foods, animal proteins, and very little dairy. It has helped me for sure. But at the same time, I have learned that getting too strict with diet rules can be counterproductive.

Well, I will write more in this article soon. I just got to go somewhere and I don't want to start all over again. So sharing this much for now.
