Plaque Psoriasis

I had to get early retirement in 2017 due to severe plaque psoriasis that inflicted me in April 2016. I can’t work 8 hours a day, itching and discomfort plus the white dried skin so obviously can’t wear a decent outfit that I used to wear to work.

Does psoriasis qualify for disability?

Exhausted quickly my paid time off. I asked med certificate from both primary and derma doctors to use for Social security disability benefits, both doctors declined. Plaque psoriasis is a disease not qualified for disability? Can somebody out there explain why? Thank you so much. Currently, I’m being treated with Humira provided by AbbVie Pharmacy Solutions at no cost only if a patient is eligible for assistance.

Feeling stressed from psoriasis

At this time I’m stressing out because it’s time request for annual reauthorization with requirements. If anyone out there can extend assistance to make nursing psoriasis less stressful I am most grateful and appreciate all the help. Thank you.
