Grannie

I have had psoriasis so many years, I cannot count them. I finally just live with it as most medications have added other problems.

Psoriasis has impacted my life

I have it in my hair, on my stomach and back and on my legs and arms. There are times it is tolerable and times it is not. Usually, I try to keep busy. I am 82 now and guess it is a way of life for me. I have tried medications and have reactions. I find a cream to rub on and it seems to work for a while and then the itching is back. I hate it but have been able to function with it for a lot of years. I have been an EMT and Firefighter, worked at several jobs including a post office.

I never let my psoriasis stop me from working

I hate it but have been able to function with it for a lot of years. I have been an EMT and Firefighter, worked at several jobs including a post office. It has never stopped me from doing things. My friends know I have it and am not contagious. No, it is not pretty, but for some reason, the Good Lord put it there so I just live with it.
