25 Years Of Taking 50,000 Units Of Vitamin D

I have been taking this forever, well lo and behold on my last doctor's appointment I was told I don't have to take it anymore. No explanation, just stop taking it.

I had so many other things going on at the time that I didn't think to ask why, but I will on my next visit.

Has anyone had a doctor tell you to stop taking a medication without telling you why?
