Can Short Hair Help My Itchy Scalp?
Hi, I have scalp psoriasis and 2.5-foot thick hair. My mom says a short bob style will ease the itchiness and though I’ve never had short hair I have noticed as it gets longer the itchiness becomes worse. I was wondering if maybe the two things might be related.

Jill, Community ModeratorI'd imagine it would be a lot easier to apply tropicals! Or if you want to do a treatment it's just overall easier to manage. I've had scalp psoriasis for 30 years.
Personally, having short hair makes it easier to apply medicated shampoos, and I noticed there are already fewer flakes than normal.
