Covid and vitamin deficiency?

Is it important to check vitamin K deficiency when you both have COVID and psoriasis?

    Thanks for reaching out, . This would be a good question to ask your doctor, if you haven't already. I could not find much for information on vitamin K deficiency and psoriasis or COVID.
