I have had psoriasis for 6 decades. Been on so many treatments over the years that I don't remember most of them. I've tried coal tar treatments, anthralin, Vitamin A & D, steroids, UVB, UVA light treatments, and 8 biologics.
I have been on biologics for over 20 years and they have been my saving grace. Over the past year, my body with crazy. My PsA had me laid up where I couldn't walk and I was over 80% covered in PsO.
Long story short, I had to see several doctors. One doctor said you have the worst case of psoriatic disease I have ever seen. I didn't know how to feel and felt hopeless.
There are days I feel like I don't want to go on. I am 65 now, but I know I can't give up. Do you ever feel like you just don't want to go on? My biggest complaint is that I don't think anyone understands when you're in constant pain and itch like crazy
