walking is my go-to, for sure. I also used to do cross fit and weight lift, but that is not an option for me at the moment. what do you choose to do to work out?

Hello , I loved my stationary bike. I can't put any resistance to it, but that's okay. I'm maintaining my weight. This does allow me to get in some exercise. Diane (Team Member)
