I had the honor of being on a panel recently for clinical trials for psoriasis. I have been in several studies for this over the years. This group wanted to know what could they do to improve the way studies are done.
I feel that studies should be longer. I don't feel they give them time to work on psoriasis patients. If you feel that a drug is not safe, patients need to know that up-front. Are there any risks? This is just my opinion, but I believe there should be doctors involved in every step.
What do you think is the most important part of a clinical trial? Do you think trials are successful?
We would like to hear your thoughts on this.
