Have You Had To Quit A Treatment That Was Working Because Of Side Effects?

I am having the worst psoriasis flare ever. I was put on a new medication, but within 5 to 6 weeks, I started having side effects.

My doctor did several tests and said it was the new medication causing me issues. (infections) I was over 80% covered and in the worst pain ever. I did not want to live like this.

I have followed my doctor's orders my whole life, but this was one time that I had to say no. I needed some relief.

Have you ever said no to a doctor? What were the consequences?
