Thanks!

Hi there psa250!
Thank you for your comment. I don't have personal experience with Otezla but I thought you may like to take a look at this article on Otezla, from our sister site for PsA: https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/medications/otezla-reviews-how-well-works-side-effects/
I hope this is helpful. Please feel free to stop by here or at our psoriatic arthritis site anytime!

Hi,
I have been taking Otezla close to 4 months with seeing little results. It is very frustrating seeking help and the meds dont work.I was told that if this doesnt work I will probably have to have shots which I dont want.Im not sure if they would work anyway.Does anyone know of other meds that might help.I am in my late 50s and had this disease all my life and cant seem to get a handle on it.It seem the cost of having this disease is not cheap!

Hi mike1958! Sometimes the Otezla can take months to kick in, but definitely chat with your Dermatologist if you're still not seeing relief. Because you mentioned other potential medications (probably on to the Biologics next), I thought I would share this with you:

I also thought you might connect with Chris's story:

I hope you are able to find relief soon, psoriasis is so tricky to treat and has a huge impact on our quality of life. We understand, and you are not alone here.
