Second post anxiety

Hi my anxiety and negative thoughts are getting to me again and I'm so tired of having them. At work, I feel as though I annoy everyone, I constantly say the wrong thing! I should be feeling grateful for what I have. I haven't had anything bad happen to me, I'm afraid people will think I'm making if up. This is maybe coz of pandemic, not sure. What is your advise?

I would also encourage you to reach out for the support you deserve from in-person options as well. It is so hard to deal with all these emotions. I have found meditation to help me.     Thank you for your advice, I'll certainly read the articles you've shared. A friend has convinced me to seek counseling, and I'm so hoping that something will work out on this.

    1. A friend has suggested that I should listen to some delta waves music on youtube and I find it therapeutic too.
