Seeing Light At The End Of The Tunnel

I have had PsO for 61 years and was diagnosed with PsA 20 years ago. For most of my life, I was covered in scales. There were times I couldn't see the light from the darkness. A year ago I was over 80% covered in scales. Today I am 90% clear. PsA and other illnesses are still kicking my butt, but right now I have to pick my battles.

I can choose to be bitter at 66 years old or I can continue to live. What light can you see at the end of the tunnel, even if it's dim? Diane (Team Member)

  1. Like u I’m 60 and was diagnosed with psoriasis at 22 and it took 30 long years for a Dr to say psa. I’ve hurt my entire life but at 54 I was like u covered and now I’m about a 5% and I had 5 years of pain relief but now we are changing meds to see if psa will slow also!!! The main thing we have is hope!!!
    Have a great day!

    1. Hello , thanks for chiming in. I'm okay with my skin, but the PsA is kicking my butt. I am on Skyrizi, but trying to see if I can get on Sotyktu also. I need a little push here. Yes, all we have is hope. Are you trying to get on a whole new biologic? Let us know what you decide. Diane (Team Member)
