  1. I have vaginal lichen plantus , it's a form of psoriasis and its just aweful. I use a steroid cream and it keeps it low but the itching it out of control and the worst part is you can't scratch it for more than one reason, one reason the skin is to delicate to scratch, doesn't take much to have myself torn up and raw, and you can't scratch it in public that's for sure. I never had this until I went through menopause, it just came out of no where. But anyway it's a new journey for me and I'm sure it's not the last one.

    1. LIfe is full of journeys, isn't it? This is also something that I struggle with. And once a person has stretched that fragile skin raw it is so painful. I do find that using a good barrier cream helps calm the itch. Have you tried something like this before? - Clair PlaquePsoriasis.com moderator

  2. Nothing helps with this! I just don't have sex anymore!

    1. I understand this, is this due to pain? - Clair https://PlaquePsoriasis.com moderator

  3. No one is ever going to see my ugly disgusting disease riddled body ever!!! I hate being alive because of this nasty disease!!!! Life sucks for me!!!

    1. Oh , we hear your pain. I'm so sorry that your psoriasis makes you feel this way. You're definitely not alone in this struggle. 4. I'm not going to read that - I don't care anymore!! Nothing seems to help, so I'm just going to stay homebound till I die. Just do NOT care.

    1. my heart breaks for you. Psoriasis is so hard. I was able to find someone who accepts me psoriasis and all. It wasn't easy though. Putting myself out there for the possibility of rejection. I have two psoriasis friends one of which just got married and the other is engaged to be married. It can and does happen. If you like music please listen to a song by Sixx A.M. entitled "Skin". It really spoke volumes to me. We are here for you. I wish I could give you a hug. Vickie W., Team Member
