Taking Skyrizi During Coronavirus Outbreak

I would suggest speaking directly to your medical team about this rather than relying on what other community members have done as they may not be following the same protocols or on the same medications as yourself.

Thank you for the link. I did speak with my doctor and she said it’s the medical consensus that it would be okay to take the Skyrizi.

My doctor never hesitated to give me Skyrizi during this covid outbreak. This is on top of my oncologist giving me Rituxan (also an immunosuppressant) every 60 days. Both my Dermatologist and Oncologist advise that my 2 medications would likely significantly impact the efficacy of the vaccines. Thus, I have not received a vaccine for covid as yet.

It doesn't really matter imo. There are no known complications of taking skyrizi.
