, have you used any programs or software that you have found has helped you? I would be curious to know what is out there. Jill, Team Member I use a lot of social media and games just to cope with the situation. For psoriasis, I mainly use My Psoriasis app.
one of the apps I am always seeing advertised is Kopa for Psoriasis. I have not personally used it but I just wanted to make sure you heard of it. I think it is fairly new. Vickie W., Community Moderator I'll check it out! I hope it is great.
