, ice packs can be so helpful! I find they ease both the itching and the inflammatory pain that comes along with psoriatic arthritis. I know some people find Vicks VapoRub really helpful for the itching. Presumably the stores' own brands would have the same effect. Here's an article with some great suggestions for itch-relief: https://plaquepsoriasis.com/living/quick-tips-psoriasis-itch-relief Hoping last night wasn't too itchy for you (I know sometimes that's just wishful thinking though!). Thanks for replying. Most don't understand that when you are 80% plus covered in scales and add on the itch. It's a miserable feeling. My team of doctors had to get together to figure out what to prescribe for me along with a sleep aid in it. This was the only way I could get some rest. The itch was worse than the pain. On the positive side, I do feel better. I had to start several new medications. That's another whole story; started getting infections. Psoriasis is a disease that keeps on giving.
