Any recommendations for dealing with peeling on your feet following a pustular outbreak?

I’m experiencing my first big psoriasis flare and it includes pustules on my feet. This has made my feet very tender and they tend to dry out very quickly. I’m on a topical steroid and using s salicylic acid to keep them moisturized I’m in socks every day & night I’m looking for other options to help protect the new skin but also deal with the drying out skin and the itching.

  1. I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. Has the topical steroid helped improve your symptoms? One of our advocates recently shared that coconut oil and shea butter have been able to provide some relief: https://plaquepsoriasis.com/?p=8541. 1. It’s been about a month - topical steroid helps some, and I’ve been using Bear40 too. Feet are still raw, and pustules are still appearing. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. I’m on Humira CF and Otezla and just wish my feet would heal so walking wasn’t painful.

      1. , one of our community members (Helen) was saying the other day that she finds dabbing apple cider vinegar on with a cottonball helps with the pustular psoriasis on her feet. Sending healing vibes your way,
