Do You Have Issues Having Your Biologic Delivered?
I have been getting my medications delivered for years. They usually pack it well on ice and leave it at my door. I started a new medication that has to be signed for - no exceptions.
On my last 2 deliveries, the drivers moved so fast that by the time I got to the door, they were gone. Of course, I called the company and on both occasions was told the driver would come back before 3. This never happens. I would wait until 5.
I have to drive 30 minutes to the delivery office before they close at 7. This is getting to be very tedious. What would you do in this situation? We would like to hear from you. Diane (Team Member)
While this has not happened to me
I have a friend that is having the same issue with getting her biologic as well. I will give the same advice I gave to her. Call whatever delivery company and tell them you are disabled so you need extra time to get to the door. Usually they will work with you. Vickie W., Team Member
