Have You Noticed A Pattern Of Psoriasis Flares?
Some of us get flares at certain time of the year. Do you get flares when it's hot or cold? When your stress? Or eating certain foods?
Where do the flares occur on your body?
My right thumb is my worst spot every fall.
No but I do use Voltaren a lot for arthritis in my hands. I will try that and see if it helps. Thx.

, I remember years ago my thumb thumping like crazy when it got cold. Now it's the shoulders that drive me crazy. Have you noticed that your flares are getting worse as we get older? yes, and it’s in more places than when I was young. Only on my elbows initially. Hello
, I believe I have always had it all over. I have met many people who just have it on their elbows. Thanks for sharing.
