Is There Such Thing As Remission?
I'm sure there is, but after having PsO for 60 years, I have never been in remission. NEVER!!! I have been 80% clear, but never 100%.
So, we would like to know. Have you ever been in remission? If so, how long did your remission last?
I have heard the word remission many times over the years but it was always in someone elses case. In 20 years I have never been in remission. Like you I have been 80% clear but never 100%. Just once in my life I would like to know what that looks and feels like. Vickie W., Team Member

, With my luck, I would probably drop dead if I was ever 100% clear. I can't even imagine this. One day we both will get there. Thanks for sharing. 
I saw in an article on our site titled "Is Psoriasis Remission a Possibility?" it stated, "When asked to choose a statement that best applied to the participant's psoriasis journey, 62% of survey respondents shared that they have never gone into remission, 31% have gone into remission at some point, but their psoriasis has come back and is active again. Only 6% of survey participants were currently in remission." That 6% is such a low number and it truly makes it seem merely impossible to ever be in remission. Being 100% clear sounds wonderful and I wish anyone living with Pso could actually experience this. We can only continue to hope this is something that can someday be reached. -Latoya (Team Member) 
Yes, for about a month, then came back worse than before.
