, you are definitely not alone! I struggle with this too and have done for quite a few years, although not constantly - it seems to flare and go away as it pleases. I've just (knock on wood!!) got rid of a flare using Dovonex ointment. I also like to apply an oil (I use almond oil) after every bath, regardless of whether the psoriasis is flaring up or not. I pretty much treat it the same as psoriasis anywhere else on my body, although if I was using a steroid cream I wouldn't apply it there without checking with my doctor. Have you found anything that helps? Psoriasis in this area can be so sore and sensitive 😢 -Catherine, Community Moderator

Hello , Thanks for the tips. I never asked my doctor about any treatment for that area. Like you said, that area can get sore and very sensitive.
