Stinky Inverse Psoriasis

I had a really bad case of inverse psoriasis recently. I have had it in the past, but this one was yucky.

Not to be too gross, but I had odor, seepage, and horrible itching. It was not pleasant.

If you have ever experienced this, what treatment did you use?
