Hello , I have had psoriasis for 61 years, so I just wanted to add a little more of what I have done over these years. If you are having pain you can add in some low-impact exercise, like walking or swimming. I walk every day to prevent weight gain. Don't forget to eat healthy, well-balanced foods such as fruits and vegetables. Eat less sugar and processed foods. Limit alcohol and caffeine drinks. It's hard to do all of these, but we can take baby steps. I hope this helps. Diane (Team Member)
