Favorite products to help with psoriasis itching
Itching! It can be one of the more difficult to manage symptoms of psoriasis. What are your favorite products to help with itching?
Psoriasis can cause intense itching and discomfort, but there are some things you can do to help. Have you tried using a cold, damp cloth or an ice pack can help soothe itchy skin and reduce inflammation. What do you use for an itch? Diane (Team Member)

, okay, this sounds amazing! Unfortunately, it looks like we don't have EpiCeram over here in the UK (booo). When I have the time and energy, I'm going to look at the ingredients and see if we have something similar over here.
