Oil of Oregono and Blackseed oil softgel pills
Has anyone else tried this treatment? I am trying it now and starting to see some good results. My skin in general hasn't flared for awhile because I have been on Skyrizzy and Otezla. I do have small plaques my hands and feet and they seem to be better. I have been on the softgel pills for about 3 weeks now.
that is great that you may be seeing some good results! Since you have been using it for a short time, I do understand wanting to hear from others who may have tried them as well.
