Nail Psoriasis

I started with psoriasis then PsA and then the nail psoriasis, so it all started about 35 years ago but the nail psoriasis within the last 10 years. Same thing, I've tried everything, nothing works. Lots of pain, lots of trial and error.

Now I don't do much, I try to keep them clean and filed down and cleaned out of too much build-up and not mess with them much. That's as much as I can do and it is the best out of all the options.
